Step 3 : TRANSFER YOUR FILES for printing!

Please note that this step applies to "ready-to-print" graphic files only.
 

 
Before transferring files...

1. Ensure that your document meets the correct design specifications.

2.
Ensure that your file for printing has been saved in the correct format.
ALL GRAPHIC FILES BEING TRANSFERRED FOR PRINTING MUST BE SAVED AS
CMYK AT A RESOLUTION OF 300 DPI (pixels/inch) IN JPEG FORMAT WITH 7
COMPRESSION. mac users > MUST ADD THE FILE EXTENSION MANUALLY (.jpg)


3. Files transferred for printing cannot be processed without receipt of a
completed order form via email or fax, as well as payment. After
submitting your completed order form and transferring your file for
printing, contact our office for order verification at (305) 408-2385.

4. To transfer a file for printing via email, click > transfer@mysticonline.com
Enter the following information (as shown) in the email window which will open:

SUBJECT: FILE TRANSFER See: Submitted Order Form
ATTACHMENTS: ATTACH YOUR FILE(S) FOR PRINTING
(eg: "john-front.jpg"; "john-back.jpg")
MESSAGE: Enter your CONTACT NAME(S), COMPANY NAME,
CONTACT NUMBER(S),
CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS(ES),
QUANTITY & DETAILS OF ORDER (# of sides, program, etc),
PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD, and any other necessary info

To transfer a file for printing
via FTP (File Transfer Protocol),
click > DOWNLOAD FREE FTP SOFTWARE NOW < or use your current
FTP software to upload your files. ** Please Note: you will not receive the
necessary FTP login information
(URL, LOGIN, PASSWORD) for file uploading
until after payment has been received, processed and verified.

If not, please make a selection from the Menu bar to the left.
