Airlines bills prepaid cargo (Dash) at a rate of
$65 per 50lbs. (i.e: 5,000 1/4pg flyers).
Thereafter, the
charges billed for freight collect services are
significantly cheaper, with Priority Third Day
service being the
cheapest. All freight collect services by Delta
are billed according to weight and service
requested. |

Each flyer must
be converted to CMYK and designed to the final
size as listed
above, at a resolution of 300 dpi (pixels/inch),
with a 1/4" inner bleed for all text.
All graphic files being submitted/transferred via
email must be in JPEG format with
7 compression and with the file extension added
manually, if necessary (.jpg).
Mac users must add
the file extension (.jpg) manually.

TERMS & DEADLINES |

Graphic
Design services are provided Mondays
through Fridays. Printing services
are provided Mondays through Fridays.
Delivery services are provided Mondays
through Saturdays. Turnaround times are
scheduled from 11:00pm of each business
day. Deliveries are scheduled for
execution on the morning/afternoon after
the date of
completion of your order. Orders for
Graphic Design and/or Printing services
must be
received (with payment) by 12:00pm EST to
be scheduled within that same business
day. Orders (or payments) received after
12:00pm EST daily may be scheduled for
the next business day. All orders require
a minimum of a 75% deposit with balance
due prior to delivery. Proof of
deposit/payment must be provided for all
payments
(except credit card payments).
Graphic Design proofs can be provided,
upon request, via email, free of charge.
All orders/projects for printing which
are to
be designed by Mystic Media Group, Inc.,
which require major informational changes
after design submission and and/or
proofing, will incur an additional
surcharge of $50
and/or will be billed at $75/hr. Graphic
design and website development services
for
any other purpose, other than those
stated above, will be billed at a minimum
of
$75/hr.All orders/projects designed using
"Do it ya'self" Flyer Design
incur an
additional compilation surcharge of
$35.00. All orders for delivery incur an
additional
courier surcharge of $25.00. |
