Below is an explanation
of the various items which are required for completion of the Project Info
section (step 2 of 3) of our online ordering process.
For additional details, please
visit the "Terms & Deadlines", "Specs", "Shipping",
"Product Rates" and "Turnaround"
sections, within the Graphic Design and Printing sections of our
website.
1. What is the reference information for your Design/Print project and how are you submitting it to us?
The reference
information for your design/print project is simply the information which
allows us to clearly identify which items you have submitted and how you have
sent them to us.
Due to the fact that we receive an extensive number of orders and submitted
artwork by clients on a daily basis, this information is necessary for us to
correctly match your artwork with your order, and complete it's design and/or
printing as per your submitted specifications.
This information
consists of:
Name of Project:
Your reference name for this project (eg: John Brown's Birthday Invitation)
Graphic File(s) for Design/Printing submitted via:
FTP File Upload / Email / Mail / NA
> This is for
you to tell us how are submitting your artwork to us:
A. If this current order is for a reprint of a order which we previously
completed for you in the past, select
'Reprint of Artwork already on File'
** if this 'Reprint' option is selected, a description (eg: previous flyer
name, previous order date, etc) must
be entered in the field provided (below) for us to locate the correct file.
B. or by 'FTP File Upload' (if you will be utilizing the FTP File Upload
feature located in the Resource
Center section of our website),
C. or by 'Email' (if your files were submitted by email to
transfer@mysticonline.com),
D. or by 'Mail' (if your files were submitted using US Postal Service, FedEx,
UPS, or Airborne Express)
** If you selected this 'Mail' option, then enter your package tracking number
in the field provided (below)
to enable us to track and to verify receipt of your package.
E. or 'No Graphic Files Submitted' (if you are NOT submitted artwork for
design/printing),
F. or 'Other' if your graphic files(s) were submitted via an alternate method.
** If you selected 'Reprint' or 'Other', then please provide a description
ofthe previously printed file or
explain how your current file(s) were submitted in the field provided
G. If you selected either of the 'FTP File Upload', 'Email', or 'Mail' options
(above), please enter the

2. How would you like us to ship your product?
Within this section, you will provide with information regarding the specifics for the delivery of your product, with it's final cost being dependent on the shipping carrier, service, speed and destination which you select. More detailed information of the listed shipping carriers, services and rates is available in the "Shipping" section of the Graphic Design and Printing sections of our website.

consists of:

Name of Carrier and speed of service required

charges to my account with this carrier:
If you have a valid, existing account with the shipping carrier which you have
selected, and you want us to bill the relevant shipping charges to this
account, mark this filed as checked and enter the account number in the field
provided below. If you do not have a valid, existing account, then leave this
field unchecked and ignore the field below, leaving it as is.
Destination Airport:
If you have selected any Air Cargo Service (Delta or Air Jamaica) as your
shipping method, then enter the name of the airport (including it's city,
state and country) which is to serve as the final delivery destination where
you will pick up your products. For the most accurate processing, we do
suggest that you enter the abbreviated FAA airport code which corresponds to
your destination airport. This list of abbreviated FAA airport codes is
available by clicking on the link provided below this field and reviewing the
resulting information.

3. What are the relevant service details and specifics for the item which you would like to have printed?
Within this section, you will provide with information regarding the specifics for printing your order correctly and as per your needs. This information, such as quantity, colors, size, etc is imperative for us to receive in order to fulfill your requirements accurately.
This information
consists of:
Special or Deal #:
If you wish to place an order for one of our discounted offers (Specials or
Deals) as listed in
the "Specials" section of our website, select the appropriate item from the
list shown. If a
selection is made from this list, your order will be processed, and billed, as
per the limitations
and stipulations of this particular offer. Any conflicting information which
may be erroneously
entered within this Project Information section of your order will be
disregarded, and replaced
during processing by the appropriate stipulations and limitations of the offer
selected.
**eg: To place an order for Deal #5 for 5,000 1/4pg flyers for $150.00, select
#5 in the list.
**the example shown above is arbitrary and may not reflect any actual offer
which is currently
available.
Quantity:
Select the quantity of items which you would like printed, which is determined
by
selecting the quantity times it's applicable multiple.
**eg: (5,000 flyers would be 5,000 x 1)
**eg: (3,000 flyers would be 1,000 x 3)
**eg: (12,500 flyers would be 2,500 x 5)
Product Size:
Select the product name which exactly matches or who's dimensions most closely
correspond to the
size of the item which you would like to have printed.
**Our product dimensions must exactly match or be larger than the size of the
item which you wish to
have printed.
**DO NOT SELECT A PRODUCT OF SMALLER DIMENSIONS THAN YOUR ITEM FOR
PRINTING.
If you select 'Other/Custom Size' and wish to have a custom sized piece
printed and/or folded, enter
the flat/unfolded measurements and finished/folded measurements in the
respective fields provided.
Service/Turnaround:
Select the speed of service required.
Paper Stock:
Select the thickness of paper which you would like to have your item printed
on. Remember, as paper becomes thicker, it also becomes heavier and more
durable, and also costs more. Not all paper stocks are compatible with all
turnarounds, quantities, colors and coating options listed. Verify selection
compatibility in our 'Product Rates' section before making your selection. If
incompatible options are selected, your order will be processed at the highest
compatible quantity, quality, speed, and service which is available, and you
will be billed as such.
Colors:
Select the number of colors which you would like to have printed on the
respective sides of your product.
UV Coating:
Select the appropriate option for determining the application of our
Ultra-glossy UV Coating process to
your product, for added unbeatable "shine" and durability.
** Some options incur addition fees.
** If you selected "UV Coating on One Side Only", be sure to indicate which
side of your product you
wish to have the process applied to.
Tagline Approved:
Indicate whether or not you approve of the small Mystic tagline ("flyer by
Mysticonline.com.....")
being added to your flyer in a discreet, unobtrusive location.
** If you are printing a business card, select "N/A" as this tagline is never
included on business
card products.
** Additional fees are not applicable for omission of the Mystic tagline on
business card products.
** This discreet tagline is included as a means of us advertising and, in
turn, directly affects our
ability to maintain reduced costs for our customers.

4. Do you need special finishing services for your project (eg: folding, numbering, perforating, etc)?
Within this section, you
are provided with the option of indicating if you need special finishing
services, such as folding, numbering, perforation, binding, and die cutting.
If an option is selected, please remember to provide the necessary
supplemental information, if applicable (such as numbering sequence, number of
folds, or number of perforations).

5. What is the relevant Graphic Design information which should be utilized for your project?
Within this section, you can indicate if you require our Graphic Design services, as well as all of the relevant information to be utilized in accomplishing this task.
This information
consists of:
Graphic Design
Services Needed for:
Indicate whether you wish for us to design only One Side of your Product, Both
Sides, or if design services are Not Needed at all.
If you have chosen to have us provide you with Graphic Design services, enter
the relevant design information in field provided for the side of the flyer
that it is to be utilized on. In addition to text information, you may also
enter your suggested/preferred conceptual projections, suggestions, ideas,
colors, etc. Basically, any information, in addition to the actual content,
which assists in realizing and producing a product which mirrors your vision
is always recommended.

6. Is there any other information, instructions or specifications which is relevant to your project?
If you selected 'Other'
or 'Custom' for any of the above options, please provide specific details and
instructions in this field or enter any other relevant information which you
may need to include for accurate processing of your order.
