DESIGN :: |
All standard design rates listed include a total of three (3) hours of design services.
All design proofs will be presented to the customer online, unless otherwise requested by
the customer, and may display colors as being slightly different than final printed
product. After initial design is completed and presented to the customer for proofing, a
maximum of 15mins of design modification is thereafter allowed (inclusive of typographical
errors). Thereafter, all modifications and additional design services required will be
billed at a rate of $35.00/hr. Designs which require greater than three (3) hours for
completion will be billed at the initial design rate listed, plus the applicable hourly
design rate. All additional design charges incurred must be paid prior to a client's order
being printed and/or digital artwork being delivered. Design services for all orders will
begin within the turnaround ordered. However, due to client requests for modifications,
etc., final approval for printing may not be secured during the turnaround specified. We
are not responsible or liable for any delays which may ensue as a result of such a
situation.

PROOFING :: |
Prior to submission of "print-ready" artwork or approval of
design for printing, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all edits are
finalized, with content having been carefully reviewed and proofread to his satisfaction.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for proofing any submitted
"print-ready" jobs and will not accept responsibility or liability
for any content or design errors within submitted "print-ready" artwork or after
final approval of design for printing has been provided.

PRINTING :: |
All products are printed on 10pt/100 lb
or 12pt C2S Cover stock paper,
unless alternate paper stock is requested by customer and is available, or otherwise noted
within our website. 10pt/100 lb C2S Text stock paper is available
for most items upon customer's request,
often times at the rates listed for 10pt/100lb C2S Cover stock paper
or unless otherwise noted, but
may not include UV Coating.
All other requests for alternate paper stocks will be require custom quotations, and will
be billed at the rate(s) provided therein. Ultra-Violet (UV) coating is standard and
provided free of charge with most products. However, the UV Coating process cannot be
applied to some products which are printed on Text stock paper. Likewise, the UV Coating
process is not currently available for application to products printed with Same Day (6hr)
Service turnaround. Products for which UV Coating is not standard or included, but is
specifically requested by a customer, will incur an additional surcharge for it's
application. Products which normally include UV coating on both sides, but is specifically
requested by a customer to not be UV coated, or to have UV coating applied to only
one side of the product, will be subject to a minimum
order volume and/or color restraints, and will also incur an additional surcharge. Printing is facilitated
via "gang runs", which may result in slight color variations. We cannot accept
liability for any color variation which may occur and suggest that color critical orders
be submitted as such with a request for a custom quotation, inclusive of Matchprint®
Color proof. Printing prices listed refer only to "gang run" printing services,
and do not include design, special bindery or finishing services (eg: scoring, folding, binding),
delivery/shipping or courier delivery surcharges. Turnaround listed refers only to the
actual design and printing process. See supplemental information listed for additional
time required for completion of graphic design, special
bindery or finishing services and delivery/shipping. As
per industry standard, orders may be fulfilled inclusive of a 10% overrun/underrun without
incurring additional liability.

TURNAROUND :: |
Turnaround times listed do not include miscellaneous services such a die
cutting, metallic ink application, perforating, numbering, scoring, folding and binding.
These services require and additional 1-5 days for completion, dependent on the volume and
service required. In addition, though we make every effort to complete orders within the
turnaround ordered, we are not liable for delays resulting from client delays, mechanical
failure and acts of God, and, as such, will not issue credit based on these situations.
Nonetheless, we will make every reasonable effort to have the customer's order completed
within a timely manner thereafter.

In an effort to keep our manufacturing costs down and retail
prices low by reducing our associated advertising
expenditure,
all printed products
will discreetly include the tagline "Flyer by Mysticonline.com - (305) 408-2385 *
FREE UV COATING * FREE SHIPPING * 24HR TURNAROUND * DISCOUNTED PRICES *" at a
4.5 point size, and placed in an available area along the outer edge of the product.
Omission of this tagline will be facilitated only if a specific request is made by the
customer, and it's omission will incur an additional surcharge of $25.00
per 5,000 flyers (with a minimum charge of $25.00 for
quantities less than 5,000).

UV COATING :: |
All orders for products printed on Cover
stock paper will include UV Coating, with the exception of
those requiring Same Day (6hr) Service or unless otherwise
specifically requested by the customer.
UV coating is currently not available for products ordered with Same Day (6hr) Service.
All orders for products printed on Text stock paper will not include UV Coating, as this
process is not currently available for application to this paper stock. Exclusion of UV
coating from one side or both sides of a product can only be facilitated for orders which
are printed as 4/0 or 4/1, or printed as 4/4 and in quantities of 40,000 and greater.
Specific customer requests for exclusion of UV coating from one side or both sides of a product will also incur an additional setup surcharge of
$25.00 and may require additional turnaround time for
completion.

| :: BINDERY / FINISHING SERVICES :: |
Miscellaneous bindery and finishing services are available and require additional
turnaround and preparation as per below:
SCORING/FOLDING: Scoring requires an additional 24hrs-72hrs for completion, dependent on
volume. All requested scores/folds must be parallel (same directional), and not
perpendicular (cross-directional), with a 1/4" margin for scoring offset which does
not contain any "live" information. Products commissioned for
scoring/folding will be delivered scored and unfolded. Specific requests for delivery of
final products being folded must by submitted by the customer and will incur an additional
surcharge of $75 per thousand, and will also require an additional 2-5 days for
completion. Specific requests for delivery of final products being folded will also
increase the total volume and number of pieces required for delivery, and may incur
additional shipping charges. Products requiring scoring/folding must be ordered as one of
our listed items which facilitates the final, unfinished, unfolded, uncut size of the
product.
PERFORATING: Perforating requires an additional 24hrs-72hrs for completion, dependent on
volume. All requested perforations must be parallel (same directional), and not
perpendicular (cross-directional), with a 1/4" margin for perforation offset which
does not contain any "live" information.
NUMBERING: Consecutive numbering requires an additional 2-5 days for completion, dependent
on volume. Numbering sequence, including beginning and ending numbers in a sequence, must
be provided by the customer. Product design/artwork must allocate a designated
area of at least 1.5" x
2" in size (without "live" information contained within) to be used for numbering.
DIE CUTTING AND/OR DIE CREATION: Die cutting requires an additional 2-5 days for completion, dependent on
volume and not inclusive of Die creation (when applicable). Die template must be
provided by the customer within the product design/artwork as a 5th PMS/Spot color,
inclusive of a 1/4" bleed are for die cutting offset which does not contain any
"live" information, and with said product design/artwork being saved in TIF
format. Die creation requires an additional 2-10 days for completion, dependent on it's
complexity, and will incur a die creation surcharge (which starts at $150) and will be
quoted on an individual basis. Products requiring die cutting must be ordered as one of
our listed items which facilitates the final, unfinished, unfolded, uncut size of the
product, inclusive of an additional 1/4" added to each side.
All commissioned Dies remain the sole property of Mystic
Media Group, Inc. upon completion.
